This collection has been prepared to mark the 85th anniversary of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. It contains anonymized extracts from awards and orders rendered by arbitral tribunals in 107 ICAC cases since 17 February 2003 till 13 July 2016. These awards and orders are reproduced in the same form as they were published in 34 regular issues (including a special one in 2006) of International Commercial Arbitration and International Commercial Arbitration Review journals (http://arbitrationreview.ru) since January 2004 until the first half of 2017. Only the most interesting anonymized awards and orders rendered in the ICAC cases were published in these journals (from those which could be made public). In addition this collection includes different statistical data on the ICAC cases since 2004 till the end of 2016, some practical reviews regarding the ICAC cases as well as the selected bibliography regarding practice and cases of the ICAC for 2004 – 2016. This book is the only extensive collection of the awards and orders rendered in the ICAC cases which has been published in Russia since 2010. This collection is intended for lawyers dealing with the issues of international commercial arbitration, private international law, civil law, and comparative legal studies. Additionally, it presents itself as a valuable resource for arbitrators and judges of state courts, legal academics and other researchers, lecturers, postgraduates and students of legal universities and faculties; for historians and sociologists in the area of law, specifically in its transnational context.
